Zendaya is preparing for a huge year in 2026 with five major roles across film and television. The 29-year-old star, known for her performances in Challengers and Dune: Part Two, will appear in projects that range from drama to action and romance, highlighting her growing influence in Hollywood.

The year begins with the long-awaited final season of HBO’s Euphoria, expected to release in spring 2026. Zendaya returns as Rue Bennett in what she calls “a deeply emotional goodbye.” The show’s creator, Sam Levinson, has promised a powerful ending after four years away from screens.

In April, Zendaya stars in The Drama, a romantic comedy from A24 directed by Promising Young Woman filmmaker Emerald Fennell. She plays a theater actress caught in love triangles opposite Robert Pattinson. Early reviews from film festivals praise Zendaya’s charm and comedic timing.

The summer brings two major blockbusters. On July 17, Zendaya will appear in Christopher Nolan’s new film The Odyssey, an epic retelling of Homer’s classic tale. She joins Matt Damon and Timothée Chalamet in what is already being called one of the most anticipated films of 2026.

Two weeks later, Zendaya returns to the Marvel universe in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Reuniting with Tom Holland, she takes on a more active and heroic role as MJ in the next chapter of the Spider-Man saga.

Finally, in December, Zendaya closes out the year with Dune: Part Three, the final film in Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi trilogy. She reprises her role as Chani, sharing the screen once again with Timothée Chalamet and Javier Bardem.

Analysts expect 2026 to be a defining year for Zendaya’s career. “She’s showing that she can lead in any genre,” said Pamela McClintock of The Hollywood Reporter. “This lineup could make her one of the biggest stars of her generation.”

Despite her busy schedule, Zendaya has spoken about the importance of rest and mental health, assuring fans that she plans to take breaks between projects.

With five major releases and worldwide attention, Zendaya looks set to dominate screens and headlines throughout 2026.

This story will be updated as more release details are confirmed.
