Cardi B is stepping into the ring—but this time, it’s not for a rap battle. WWE has announced the Grammy-winning rapper as the official host of SummerSlam 2025, set to take place on August 2 and 3 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The company confirmed the news on April 18 with a fiery promo video where Cardi B delivered a bold message to the WWE Universe.
Wearing a tribute shirt to the late wrestling legend Eddie Guerrero, she declared, “SummerSlam. MetLife. Two nights. And I will finally be hosting. And nobody better try me.”
Cardi B’s role at SummerSlam marks a major crossover moment. Over the past few years, she’s earned love from WWE fans and superstars alike—including shoutouts from Bianca Belair and Randy Orton. Now, she’s ready to bring her star power to one of wrestling’s biggest events.
Presale tickets for SummerSlam 2025 will be available starting April 30, with general sales opening on May 2.
