The Night Agent Season 3: When It Will Arrive and What We Know So Far

The Night Agent fans can expect Season 3 to hit Netflix in early 2026. After the second season’s explosive release on January 23, 2025, the wait for the next season will be shorter.

While Season 2 faced delays due to the 2023 writers’ strike, production for Season 3 is already underway, with filming in Istanbul starting in 2024 and New York set for 2025.

What’s the Story for Season 3?

Season 3 will follow Peter Sutherland (played by Gabriel Basso) as he becomes a double agent in the White House.

After helping sway a presidential election in Season 2, Peter is tasked with exposing corruption tied to Jacob Monroe and Governor Hagan. Peter’s mission is to gain Monroe’s trust and uncover the “snakes” in his team.

Who’s Returning for Season 3?

So far, Gabriel Basso is the only confirmed returnee. However, based on the Season 2 finale, fans can expect Amanda Warren as Catherine, Louis Herthum as Jacob Monroe, and Ward Horton as Governor Hagan. It’s unclear if Luciane Buchanan will return as Peter’s love interest, Rose, after their breakup.

New Cast Members

Several new actors will join the show in Season 3, including David Lyons, Jennifer Morrison, Stephen Moyer, Genesis Rodriguez, and Callum Vinson.

Their roles remain a mystery, but reports suggest Lyons will play a retired spy, Morrison will portray the First Lady, and Moyer will take on the role of a hitman.

Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the release date!
