It’s a mind-bending thriller that explores themes of mental illness, social injustice, and the power of technology. The show features great performances and a unique visual style. 

    9. The Americans (2013-2018)

    The Americans is a period drama set during the Cold War. It follows two KGB spies posing as an American married couple living in suburban Washington, D.C. The show is a tense, character-driven thriller that explores themes of identity, loyalty, and the consequences of living a lie.
