North West, the daughter of Kanye West (Ye) and Kim Kardashian, is following in her father’s footsteps in more ways than one. In her latest appearance on the popular Fit Check interview series with Chris Too Smoove, North gave short and playful answers—just like her dad did in a similar interview last year.
When asked about the clothes she was wearing, North repeatedly said, “I don’t know.” Fans immediately noticed the resemblance to Ye’s own Fit Check, where he also replied “I don’t know” to nearly every question except for revealing the cost of his pants.
Like Father, Like Daughter
North West is showing more and more signs that she takes after Ye—not just in fashion, but also in how she handles attention from the media. She’s already made headlines for how she deals with paparazzi and has become known for her bold fashion choices.
Earlier this year, Ye even credited North with helping him find his passion for music again. He shared a photo of her at a keyboard and said her interest in beats reignited his creativity—leading to new music from both father and daughter.
A Rising Star in Music
North made her music debut in 2024 with “Talking / Once Again,” a hit track alongside Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign. She later featured on Vultures 2 and even rapped in Japanese on a 2025 FKA twigs track.
Her upcoming debut album, Elementary School Dropout, is currently in production, with Kanye serving as producer and mentor. The album title pays tribute to Kanye’s first album, The College Dropout.
