Michele Morrone, Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried — The Housemaid

Michele Morrone, best known for his breakout role in Netflix’s 365 Days, is set to star in Lionsgate’s upcoming thriller The Housemaid.

Directed by Paul Feig, the movie boasts an impressive cast including Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria), Amanda Seyfried (Mamma Mia!), and Brandon Sklenar (It Ends With Us).

The film, based on Freida McFadden’s best-selling novel, follows Millie (Sweeney), a young woman desperate for a fresh start, who takes a job as a housemaid for Nina (Seyfried) and Andrew (Sklenar), an affluent couple.

As Millie uncovers their dark secrets, she realizes her own past may not be as dangerous as what she’s stumbled into. Morrone’s role in the film has not yet been disclosed, but his casting adds a layer of intrigue to the already suspenseful plot.

    Production Details

Paul Feig is directing and producing under Feigco Entertainment, alongside Hidden Pictures’ Todd Lieberman. Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried are serving as executive producers, with Rebecca Sonnenshine adapting the screenplay. Lionsgate’s Chelsea Kujawa and Erin Jones-Wesley are overseeing the project.

Morrone is repped by Ascend Artist Representation and Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman.

    Morrone’s Upcoming Projects

Morrone continues to expand his career beyond 365 Days. He is set to star in A Simple Favor 2, another Paul Feig-directed project, alongside Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively. Additionally, he will appear in Bunny-Man, featuring Bella Thorne and James Franco, as well as Maserati: The Brothers, opposite Anthony Hopkins and Jessica Alba.
