Klay Thompson reportedly made harsh private comments about Megan Thee Stallion during their relationship, according to unnamed sources cited by the Daily Mail.
One insider claimed Thompson criticized Megan’s behavior, saying “She was just so ghetto. I was over the ghettoness. The way she speaks, the way she acts.” The source described the two as very different people, noting Thompson is known for being reserved and introverted.
Despite this, Thompson reportedly developed genuine feelings for Megan and even purchased a larger multimillion-dollar home where the couple planned to live together.
However, the source alleged he often felt neglected. “He kind of felt abandoned by her,” the insider said. “He went to all of these places to support her, and then when he was off over summer, she was nowhere to be found. He felt like she never made an effort.”
Thompson also reportedly grew frustrated with Megan’s constant security detail and entourages. He was further irritated by frequent discussions about her ongoing legal battles involving rapper Tory Lanez, with the source claiming he once said she “would not shut the fk up”** about the situation.
Megan’s camp strongly pushed back. A second source disputed those claims, saying conversations about Lanez “rarely” happened and only came up when Megan encountered false information circulating online. “If anything, she vented and leaned on her partner for support, as anyone would in a relationship,” the insider said.
