James Gunn, co-head of DC Studios, has revealed that the next movies the company will likely produce are ‘The Batman: Part 2’ and a follow-up to ‘Superman’.

The announcement is part of DC’s ongoing plan to expand its cinematic universe with new installments featuring its most iconic characters.

Gunn said that while other projects are also in development, these two films are a priority due to their importance to the overall DC universe and high fan anticipation.

The Batman: Part 2 will continue the story of Robert Pattinson’s Dark Knight, while the new Superman sequel will follow the latest developments in the Man of Steel’s saga.

This focus on key characters reflects DC’s strategy to build momentum in its movie slate, particularly as it competes with other major superhero franchises.

Fans can expect further updates as production plans become more concrete.
