Nothing beats a good puzzle game. It’s quick, easy to understand, difficult to complete, and makes a great time killer, right? You’ll be up playing games like World on the bus, in a queue, on a break at work, or while having a coffee. But then, it gets boring after a while.

How about taking this to another level? That’s when HeardlePedia kicks in. If you’re bored with guessing random words, how about guessing random music? It sounds like a dream come true for many, but wait, there’s much more to explore!

    Multiple Categories

You won’t have to guess games from the 1950s if you were born in the 2000s. Unless you want to, of course. HeardlePedia has a song of the day option on the first page, but then you can explore the top menu and pick anything you prefer.

Go to decades and pick your favorite decade to try. Video games, rock, and K-pop are just some of the top categories under the genre section, but there’s much more than that. Big fan of Eminem? Love Ariana Grande? They’ve just been added to the game.

You can obviously go to performers on the menu and guess your favorite artist’s songs only.

Unlike Wordle, you can’t really play this on a bus or while hanging in a doctor’s waiting room. Unless you have your headphones, of course. Otherwise, it might be a bit annoying for those around you.

However, the concept of guessing music is just something else!

    How It Works

The gameplay mechanics of HeardlePedia are straightforward yet addictive. First, you need to select the category from the genres, performers, and decades, and you can even select from the most popular heardles available on the home page.

After that, just press play, and you’ll hear a second. If you know the song, you’ll be able to guess it. Press skip again if you’re not sure. You’re allowed to skip up to five times. If you skip one more time, then it means the game is over. However, by the fifth skip, you’ll have around 16 seconds of the song.

There are more than 2,000 songs out there, with new ones being added nearly daily. No matter how often you play it, chances are you’ll always find something new.

HeardlePedia is only available online through its official website. So, you don’t need to download an app to play this game. You don’t even need to download anything or register.
Once you get there, you have the heardle of the day, which refreshes every 24 hours. This keeps the experience fresh and provides players a reason to return regularly.

But you don’t have to wait, simply go through the top categories and keep guessing. You can literally keep busy for hours, and yes, it’s addictive.

The leaderboard is still under development, but wait until players have the chance to compete against each other.

You already have the option to register if you want an account for later. You can play HeardlePedia without one, of course, but chances are you’ll have to register if you want to compete against others and show your skills on the leaderboard.

What makes HeardlePedia captivating is its accessibility and user-friendliness. You just need a device and an internet connection to play it without any downloads or installations.

In the end, HeardlePedia is an amazing platform for playing trivia about music with the nostalgia of favorite tunes. What makes it appealing is its broad range of categories, daily challenges, and user-friendly design. It’s a must-try for anyone looking to test their music knowledge and have a fun time with others.
