YouTube TV is gearing up for some exciting updates, with CEO Neal Mohan teasing improvements in multiview, live event commentary, and more in a recent blog post.

These updates aim to enhance the user experience, especially for sports fans, but could expand to other content as well.

Mohan highlighted an experimental feature called “Watch With,” which lets creators provide live commentary and real-time reactions during games and events.

This feature was tested with the NFL last year and is expected to expand to other sports and content.

While the exact details are still under wraps, Mohan also mentioned upgrades to sports-focused features like multiview and Key Plays.

YouTube TV is increasingly positioning itself as more than just a sports platform, as more users—particularly younger generations—turn to YouTube for their daily TV viewing.
