    Young Thug Drops ‘Slime Season’ and ‘Slime Season 2’ on Streaming Services

    Young Thug has made a major move this holiday season by releasing two of his popular mixtapes, Slime Season and Slime Season 2, on streaming platforms.

    The rapper followed up his surprise release of Slime Season 2 on December 25, 2024, by dropping the Slime Season mixtape on December 26.

    The Slime Season mixtape originally came out on September 16, 2015, and quickly became a significant project in Young Thug’s career. It was his seventh self-released mixtape and marked the start of his Slime Season series.

    The mixtape includes hits like “Best Friend,” “Take Kare” with Lil Wayne, and “No Way.” It also features collaborations with Migos, Gucci Mane, and Peewee Longway. The project helped solidify Thug’s place in the mainstream rap scene.

    Following the release of Slime Season 2 on streaming services, fans were excited to see the full series now available for streaming.

    Slime Season 2, which dropped in October 2015, includes fan favorites like “Big Racks” and “Thief in the Night.” The album features collaborations with artists like Lil Uzi Vert, Rich Homie Quan, and Birdman.

    In addition to the digital releases, vinyl pre-orders for all three Slime Season mixtapes are now available, with a special bundle option that includes exclusive box sets, posters, and cards.

    Fans are thrilled to relive these classic mixtapes. Social media buzzed with excitement, with many sharing their nostalgia for Slime Season 2 and the impact it had on their lives.

    Both Slime Season and Slime Season 2 are now available for streaming on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and YouTube.
