The Boys Season 4: Release Date, Trailer, Cast and Everything We Know

The popular and violent Amazon Prime Video series The Boys is coming back soon for its 4th season. The show is based on a comic book and satirizes superheroes who abuse their powers instead of being noble heroes.

The Boys Season 4 Release Date

Season 4 of The Boys will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 13, 2024. The first three episodes will all drop at once. After that, there will be one new episode every Thursday until the season finale on July 18.

The Boys Season 4 Trailers

The full Season 4 trailer shows Billy Butcher trying to reunite The Boys team by apologizing for his past mistakes and lies. Meanwhile, the powerful Supe Homelander is gaining more control, and Victoria Neuman is getting very close to becoming Vice President.

An earlier teaser trailer gave hints about a trial for Homelander, Neuman’s Vice President run, and Homelander’s son Ryan starting to act more like his father.

The Boys Season 4 Cast

Many fan-favorite characters and actors are returning, including:

• Karl Urban as Billy Butcher
• Jack Quaid as Hughie Campbell
• Antony Starr as the villainous Homelander
• Erin Moriarty as Starlight/Annie January
• And other regulars like Mother’s Milk, Frenchie, Kimiko, Ashley Barrett, and more.

Despite being seemingly killed off, actor Nathan Mitchell will return as Black Noir. It’s unclear if Jensen Ackles will reprise his role as Soldier Boy.

Some new undisclosed characters will be played by actors Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Rob Benedict.

The Boys Season 4 Plot Details

Season 4 picks up with the world on the brink, as Neuman gets closer to the White House and Homelander tightens his grip on power. There are hints that Homelander may face a trial, Butcher knows secrets about a virus, and some very dangerous new Supes named Sage and Firecracker will appear.

Other storylines involve The Deep not changing his awful behavior, Mother’s Milk remaining the team’s rock, and Black Noir somehow returning despite his supposed death.

The Boys has already been renewed for a 5th season as well.
