Apple has expanded Tap to Pay on iPhone to eight additional countries, making it easier for small businesses to accept contactless payments without extra hardware.

This feature lets retailers use their iPhones as payment terminals for credit cards and mobile wallets.

First introduced in 2022 in the US, Tap to Pay on iPhone now supports a wide range of payment platforms in the new countries, enabling millions of more businesses to use the service.
