Skrillex Teases Ultra Return and New Music in March

Skrillex appears to be gearing up for a significant return to Miami this March. The speculation began when Ultra Music Festival wished him a happy 37th birthday on Twitter.

Skrillex responded with, “See you in March” and a chick-hatching emoji, igniting rumors about his involvement in the festival.

    Is Skrillex Joining Ultra 2025?

Currently, Skrillex isn’t listed on Ultra’s lineup, nor has a surprise set been teased. However, his appearance could be part of Phase 3 announcements or a collaboration with Four Tet, who is scheduled to perform alongside Solomun in the Megastructure.

The chick emoji could also hint at a fresh beginning, as Skrillex recently wiped his social media accounts, leaving only a photo of his freshly cut hair.

Fans speculate that something major is in the works for March, possibly tied to Ultra or the broader 2025 festival season.

    Viral Marketing in Action

Skrillex has also invited fans to join the journey by entering their emails on his website, skrillex.com/FUS. While no emails have been sent yet, the cryptic “FUS” has sparked curiosity.

This marketing strategy echoes his 2014 Recess album rollout, which used social media teasers, a gamified mobile app, and surprise drops to build anticipation.

    What’s Next?

Whether it’s an Ultra performance, a new album, or both, Skrillex is building momentum for a significant reveal.

Fans eagerly await more clues, teasers, and perhaps another legendary moment at the iconic festival.
