Marvel Rivals Player’s Pacifist Run Ends with a Heartbreaking 22 Damage

A Marvel Rivals player, known as NoDmgRocket, was on the verge of completing an incredible challenge: reaching GrandMaster rank without dealing a single point of damage. But just before hitting the next rank, Celestial, a tragic slip-up ended their pacifist run.

The fateful moment occurred near the last attack spawn on Yggdrasill Path. NoDmgRocket was attempting to destroy a Loki clone when an ulting Cloak and Dagger shot passed them, absorbing some of the incoming fire.

The damage? Just 22 points—but it was enough to ruin the perfect streak. In a moment of disbelief, NoDmgRocket simply said, “Rocket’s devastated.”

Fans quickly pointed out that NoDmgRocket could have unbound their damage key to avoid the mishap, but the player was trying to destroy objects like Loki’s lamp or Moon Knight’s Ankhs, which don’t register damage. Unfortunately, Cloak and Dagger’s interference made this impossible.

Despite the setback, NoDmgRocket’s journey has garnered attention for their unique approach to the game. Some fans even noticed a surprising stat—765 kills—though NoDmgRocket clarified that they’ve been target banned due to their notoriety, forcing them to rely on healers like Cloak to continue their climb.

While some fans suggested NoDmgRocket should change their name to 22DmgRocket, the player remains determined. This small slip-up shouldn’t overshadow the incredible feat they’ve already accomplished.
