A new retro gaming bundle called MARVEL MaXimum Collection is set to launch on March 27 for multiple platforms.

The collection will be available digitally for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam. Physical editions will also be offered, with pre-orders running from March 27 to May 24 through Limited Run Games.

The bundle includes six classic Marvel titles from arcade, 8-bit, and 16-bit platforms. One of the highlights is X‑Men: The Arcade Game, which will support online multiplayer for up to six players.

Other games in the collection include Captain America and The Avengers, Spider‑Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage, Venom/Spider‑Man: Separation Anxiety, Spider‑Man/X‑Men: Arcade’s Revenge, and Silver Surfer.

The collection also includes several modern features. Players can use save states and rewind options to make difficult games easier to complete. A digital archive with old box art, manuals, and advertisements will also be included.

Fans will also be able to listen to classic chip-tune soundtracks through a built-in music player. Display options such as CRT and scanline filters will recreate the look of old arcade machines and televisions.

Overall, the collection aims to celebrate Marvel’s early gaming history and bring classic superhero games to modern platforms for a new generation of players.
