Apple iOS 18.3

iOS 18.3 is currently in beta for developers and public testers. The update brings only a few changes, with the most notable being robot vacuum support in the Home app.

While the feature is not yet live, Apple is preparing it with new code lines in the beta version.

If available, users will be able to control robot vacuums through the Home app and use Siri voice commands for tasks like power control, cleaning modes, and checking charge status.

Apple describes the feature as enabling robot vacuums to participate in automations and scenes, and respond to Siri for tasks like spot cleaning.

Aside from this, iOS 18.3 also includes minor tweaks, such as a slightly updated Image Playground icon, and bug fixes. The beta is still in early stages, so more features may be added before its official release.

The update is expected to arrive in late January or early February.
