GameStop has announced the return of its popular Buy 2 Get 1 Free game sale, but with a catch: it’s exclusively for PlayStation users.

This promotion applies to both PS4 and PS5 owners, but does not extend to Nintendo Switch or Xbox consoles.

The offer is limited to pre-owned games, not new releases, and follows the usual Buy 2 Get 1 Free rule, where the cheapest game is free.

The sale includes over 1,600 games—with popular titles like Red Dead Redemption 2, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Marvel’s Spider-Man, God of War, and Days Gone among the featured selections.

While these PS4 titles are playable on PS5 via backward compatibility, they are not native PS5 games.

Important Notes:

  • The sale is currently limited to PS4 pre-owned games.
  • The cheapest game is free when purchasing three.
  • The duration of the sale remains unclear, as GameStop has not disclosed an end date.

If you’re looking to expand your PlayStation collection, this might be a great opportunity to grab some highly acclaimed games at a discounted price!
