    Fans Question BLACKPINK’s Comeback After Vague YG Entertainment Update

    BLACKPINK recently confirmed they will release new music and go on tour this year. However, fans are unhappy and confused because YG Entertainment has not shared clear details about the comeback or the tour.

    On May 25, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk posted a video confirming BLACKPINK’s future activities but said the comeback date is not yet decided.

    This raised worries among fans because the tour is expected to start soon, and many hoped a full album would be released before the concerts. Instead, rumors suggest the group might only release a digital single, which many fans feel is not enough for such a popular group.

    Fans are also concerned that the members’ solo projects — including music, acting, and fashion work — may have delayed or affected the group’s preparations. While fans have supported these solo achievements, they now question if there is enough focus on the group’s comeback.

    Frustration has grown so much that some fan-run update accounts have shut down, saying they are disappointed by the unclear plans and lack of transparency. With less than two months to the tour, fans want YG Entertainment to clearly announce what kind of comeback to expect, including whether there will be a full album and how the group is preparing for the tour.

    Supporters hope for quick answers to calm the growing doubts about BLACKPINK’s highly anticipated return.
