    CBS Sets Fall Premiere Dates for NCIS, FBI, Ghosts and More

    CBS has officially revealed its fall 2025 premiere schedule, featuring the return of popular series such as FBI, Ghosts, and the NCIS franchise, alongside several new shows including Sheriff Country, Boston Blue, and DMV.

    The fall season will kick off on Sunday, October 12, with sneak peeks of Matlock Season 2 and Elsbeth Season 3, ahead of their regular timeslot premieres on Thursday, October 16.

    Key Highlights:

    Monday, October 13: FBI Season 8 returns at 9 PM, followed by Watson Season 2 at 10 PM. The comedy lineup begins with The Neighborhood Season 8 at 8 PM and new sitcom DMV at 8:30 PM.

    Tuesday, October 14: CBS will air an all-NCIS night with NCIS Season 23 at 8 PM, NCIS: Origins Season 2 at 9 PM, and NCIS: Sydney Season 3 at 10 PM.

    Wednesday, September 24: Survivor returns for its 49th season. The Amazing Race follows on Thursday, September 25.

    Thursday, October 16: Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage Season 2 premieres at 8 PM, followed by Ghosts Season 5 at 8:30 PM.

    Friday, October 17: CBS will debut its new crime drama Sheriff Country at 9 PM and Boston Blue at 10 PM. Fire Country Season 4 premieres at 8 PM, before moving to its regular timeslot on October 24.

    Sunday, October 19: Tracker returns for its third season at 8 PM, followed by new drama The Road, which will air after the NFL doubleheader on certain Sundays.

    CBS will also air major events in September, including the 2025 Video Music Awards (Sept. 7), the 77th Emmy Awards (Sept. 14), and a Grammy tribute to Earth, Wind & Fire (Sept. 21).

    Midseason Releases:

    Several new shows are being held for midseason, including:

    • CIA
    • Y: Marshals (working title)
    • Harlan Coben’s Final Twist
    • America’s Culinary Cup
    • Hollywood Squares Season 2
