BTS’s Jin continues to dominate as a solo artist, and his latest single, “Close to You,” is proving to be another huge success.

The track has made an impressive debut on the United Kingdom charts, landing at No. 20 on the Official Singles Downloads chart and No. 22 on the Official Single Sales chart.

This marks the singer’s first new hit of 2025, adding to his already impressive list of chart-topping singles. “Close to You” is a standalone single recorded for the popular K-drama When the Stars Gossip, which has helped boost its visibility and popularity.

Jin’s success in the UK continues, with this being his seventh hit on the bestselling songs list across all genres and formats. The track also marks his third significant success in the final months of 2024, following the success of his debut solo album, Happy.

Jin’s fans worldwide, known for their loyal support, have ensured the success of his latest release, securing his place as one of the leading global music stars.

“Close to You” joins the ranks of his other hits and demonstrates his versatility as an artist beyond his work with BTS.
