Apple Fitness Plus and Strava have teamed up to enhance their integration, bringing new features to users.
Starting today, Strava users will see detailed summaries of their Fitness Plus workouts, including episode numbers, trainer names, music genres, and achievements.
This update aligns Fitness Plus with other popular fitness services like Peloton.
Free Fitness Plus Trial for Strava Users
Strava subscribers in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia will receive a free three-month trial of Fitness Plus, even without an Apple Watch.
The trial is available to users with an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Additionally, well-known Strava athletes will feature as guest trainers in Fitness Plus workouts, such as Hellah Sidibe in a strength workout on January 13.
A Strategic Partnership for Fitness Enthusiasts
This collaboration allows Fitness Plus to reach more experienced athletes who may already be self-motivated, offering them new cross-training opportunities.
Apple Fitness Plus aims to supplement athletes’ routines with activities like yoga and strength training.
Both companies hint at future updates to the integration, with possibilities for more seamless interaction between the two platforms.
