Following the resignation of CEO Min Hee Jin, NewJeans announced their departure from ADOR and HYBE, citing contract breaches. ADOR disputed the claims, stating the contracts remain valid.

The agency expressed regret over the press conference held by NewJeans on November 28 and emphasized that trust issues do not constitute legal grounds for termination. They urged open dialogue with the group, aiming to resolve the conflict.

NewJeans, meanwhile, accused ADOR of failing to meet demands such as addressing damages from chart manipulation and apologizing for staff misconduct.

With the deadline for their demands unmet, the group confirmed their decision to leave, saying ADOR could neither protect nor support them as global artists.

Stay tuned for more updates on this evolving situation.
