Users Report Disney+ Streaming Problems on Google TV Device

A technical issue with the Disney+ app on the Google TV Streamer is causing video playback to fail for some users.

Reports surfaced over the weekend, describing a blank video screen while audio continues to play.

The app otherwise functions normally, and some users found temporary fixes, such as launching streams through the Google TV app on Android or adjusting the default resolution.

However, these workarounds do not resolve the issue entirely.

The problem does not appear widespread, as it could not be replicated during testing. Affected users may need to wait for a Disney+ app update to address the bug.

If you’re experiencing this issue, share your experience in the comments or try using your TV’s native Disney+ app as a temporary solution.
