To mark its 15th anniversary, Xiaomi has unveiled a new limited edition color for its first electric vehicle, the Xiaomi SU7. The new color, Brilliant Magenta, adds to the existing color options, bringing the total to ten.
The new color will be available for purchase through the Xiaomi Auto App starting today, with physical stores offering it from February 2025.
The Xiaomi SU7 was first introduced in 2023 with three color optionsโAqua Blue, Verdant Green, and Mineral Gray. In 2024, the brand expanded the options with six additional colors.
Buyers can also choose from a range of interior colors, including Galaxy Gray, Twilight Red, Mist Purple, and Obsidian Black.
Additionally, Xiaomi has launched a special SU7 theme for smartphones, featuring custom wallpapers and icons inspired by the car. Fans can download the theme for free from the Xiaomi Theme Store.
The Xiaomi SU7 has been a major success, surpassing its 100,000-unit sales target for 2024, reaching around 130,000 orders by the end of December.
Xiaomi’s second EV, the Xiaomi YU7 SUV, is expected to be announced in mid-2025.
