Microsoft has been busy introducing AI functionality across Windows 11, but many users would prefer a more user-friendly and customizable operating system.

Concept creator AR 4789 has envisioned what Windows 13 could look like, showcasing a future OS that incorporates AI features and user preferences.

Customization and AI Integration

The concept includes lock screen notifications that allow users to interact with them, such as chatting in WhatsApp. The Recent Items list is easily accessible, and the modular menu lets users change items on display and switch skins to suit their preferences. AI features include changing the background and controlling the OS, similar to Apple’s new Apple Intelligence feature. Copilot also makes an appearance in this video, which it didn’t in his previous Windows 13 concept.

Customization Options

The lock screen, which has an Apple feel to it, can be customized in various ways, as can the Taskbar. The concept even includes multiple desktops for different purposes, such as one with a Windows 7 design. This level of customization would allow users to tailor their OS to their specific needs and preferences.

AI Features

AI features are integrated throughout the OS, including changing the background and controlling the OS. This level of AI integration could make the OS more efficient and user-friendly.

Windows 13, as envisioned by AR 4789, offers a more user-friendly and customizable operating system that incorporates AI features. While it is uncertain whether Microsoft would adopt this concept, it is an interesting look at what the future of Windows could hold.
