Squid Game season 2 has ended, but there is no clear winner. The season finishes with a shocking twist, leaving fans wondering what will happen next.
In season 2, Seong Gi-hun (played by Lee Jung-jae) returns, but he doesn’t want the prize money. Instead, he tries to stop the deadly games for good. Gi-hun leads a revolt against the pink guards, but the games are not finished.
Only three games were played in season 2. The first was Red Light Green Light, just like in season 1.
After that, there were five mini-games, and the final game was called Mingle, where players had to team up and run to safety. But after the third game, a fight broke out, and the games stopped.
Gi-hun’s plan worked for a while, but many players died in the fight. The Front Man, In-ho, kills Gi-hun’s friend and tells him the rebellion is over. Gi-hun is kept alive, but it’s unclear what will happen to him next.
Season 3 of Squid Game is confirmed and will come in 2025. Fans are excited to see if Gi-hun will return to the games. Some other players, like Hyun-ju and Dae-ho, might also have a chance to win in season 3.
