On Thursday, K-pop group TWICE made history as the first K-pop act to perform on Amazon Music Live. The nine-member group — Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu — delivered a dynamic performance that thrilled the audience.
Opening the show with their 2020 tracks “I Can’t Stop Me” and “Go Hard,” TWICE kept the energy high with songs like “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE,” “CRY FOR ME,” and fan favorites such as “FANCY,” “The Feels,” and “I GOT YOU.” The group’s lively choreography and vibrant stage presence kept the audience cheering throughout the show.
Amazon Music Live, which streams after NFL games on Prime Video, has featured big-name artists like Ed Sheeran, A$AP Rocky, and Megan Thee Stallion. TWICE’s performance marks the latest in the series’ third season, following acts like Halsey and J Balvin.
During the show, TWICE also performed solo and unit tracks, including Jihyo’s “Killin’ Me Good,” Nayeon’s “ABCD,” and a special preview of their upcoming album with the title track “Strategy (feat. Megan Thee Stallion).”
The group’s new mini-album, STRATEGY, will be released on December 6, 2024, and includes seven tracks, including “Sweetest Obsession.” This follows their successful 13th mini-album With YOU-th, which topped the Billboard 200 chart earlier this year.
