A recent report has uncovered the top subscription-based apps that users are most eager to unsubscribe from.

According to data from Sparrow, a service that helps people manage class-action lawsuit claims, these apps are generating significant search volumes related to cancellation.

Sparrow analyzed keywords like “unsubscribe,” “delete,” and “cancel subscription” to determine which apps are most frequently targeted by frustrated subscribers.

    Amazon Prime Takes the Lead

Amazon Prime tops the list, with 578,000 monthly searches related to cancellation. This figure is 45% higher than the next app on the list, Disney Plus, which generates 398,000 cancellation-related searches each month.

The data suggests that many subscribers are reconsidering their subscriptions to these popular streaming services.

Other Top Apps People Want to Unsubscribe From

The full list reveals several other apps that subscribers are eager to cancel or delete:

    • Disney Plus: 397,700 searches, including 79,000 for “cancel subscription.”
    • Hulu: 149,700 searches, with 113,000 for cancellation.
    • Snapchat: 143,600 searches, mostly for “delete.”
    • Paramount+: 139,400 searches, including 106,000 for cancellation.

    • Peacock: 106,700 searches, with 27,000 for “cancel subscription.”
    • TikTok: 101,700 searches, mostly for “delete.”
    • Spotify: 95,100 searches, with a balance of “cancel” and “delete.”
