Tecno Introduces Camon 40 Premier with AI Features and 50MP Camera

Tecno made an impressive debut at MWC 2025 by unveiling the Camon 40 series smartphones, new Megabook laptops, and a range of smart wearables.

Tecno Camon 40 Series – AI-Powered Smartphones

The Tecno Camon 40 series will feature Mediatek chipsets and Circle to Search for seamless visual search.

The phones come with Tecno AI Suite, offering features like AI Image Creation, AI Call Assistant, AI Writing, and Ella AI assistant.

The top-tier Camon 40 Premier will include a 50 MP camera, the same sensor used in Tecno’s AI glasses.

Megabook Laptops – Lightweight Performance

Tecno introduced three laptops:

• Megabook S14 – The lightest 14-inch OLED laptop at just 899 grams, featuring 2.8K resolution.
• Megabook T14 Air – Lightweight at 999 grams with a magnesium alloy body.
• Megabook K15S – Equipped with a 70Wh battery, 65W fast charging, and a slim all-metal design.

Tecno Wearables – Health and Audio Innovations

The Tecno Watch GT 1 offers health tracking and serves as an AI assistant for fitness enthusiasts. The True 2 TWS earbuds feature 45dB noise cancellation and up to 50 hours of battery life.

Other Highlights

Tecno introduced UltraLink, a wireless communication accessory with up to 10 km range in open environments.

The brand also showcased photochromic technology that changes smartphone hues under sunlight and a Phantom V Fold2 5G with global satellite communication.
