Sabrina Carpenter is ready to bring holiday cheer with her upcoming Netflix special, A Nonsense Christmas. The 25-year-old singer revealed the trailer at the final U.S. show of her Short n’ Sweet tour in Los Angeles on November 18. She teased fans, saying, “Christmas is coming early this year,” and promised, “I wouldn’t count on a silent night.”

The trailer shows Sabrina in a hot pink gown, inspired by Madonna’s “Material Girl” video, and she jokes, “Welcome to A Nonsense Christmas. Hope you like surprises.” The special will feature duets with artists like Chappell Roan, Tyla, Shania Twain, and Kali Uchis.

Alongside the music, A Nonsense Christmas will include fun cameos. Celebrities such as Nico Hiraga, Quinta Brunson, Cara Delevingne, Sean Astin, and others will make appearances.

In one scene, Quinta Brunson compliments Sabrina’s hairstyle, to which Sabrina humorously replies, “Thanks, I got them ’cause he ghosted me.”

The trailer also promises “holiday classics” and “Sabrina’s holiday hits.” The special ends with a fun twist: Santa Claus himself singing a modified lyric of Sabrina’s song “Espresso,” now saying, “I’m working late because I’m Santa.”

While Sabrina is taking a short break from her tour, she’s busy with her holiday project. A Nonsense Christmas will premiere on Netflix on December 6 at 9 p.m. ET.

Sabrina’s busy year continues as she celebrates six Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist and Album of the Year. After a short break, Sabrina will resume her tour in Ireland on March 3, 2025.
