Xiaomi’s Redmi brand is all set to launch the Redmi K80 Ultra on June 18, 2025, alongside the new Redmi K Pad. This phone brings flagship-level features at a mid-range price, making it one of the most exciting phones of the year.

The K80 Ultra has a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, offering sharp visuals and likely a 144Hz refresh rate. Its metal frame, fiberglass back, and metal camera island give it a premium look and feel. The phone also boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it’s built to resist water and dust better than many rivals.

Performance is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM. It runs on Android 15 with Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS. Early tests show an impressive AnTuTu score of 3.24 million, making it a strong competitor for gamers and power users.

The K80 Ultra features a triple camera setup with a confirmed 50MP main sensor. It also includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner for quick and secure unlocking.

One of the standout features is the huge 7,400 mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging, promising long-lasting use with super-fast top-ups.

Expected to cost around 3,000 yuan (~$416) in China, the Redmi K80 Ultra offers premium build quality, flagship-level power, and great value for its price. More details will be confirmed at its official launch event.
