Realme has officially launched the Realme 14 Pro and Realme 14 Pro+ in Europe during MWC 2025.

Alongside the smartphone series, the brand also showcased a groundbreaking Interchangeable Lens Concept phone with DSLR-like capabilities.

Realme 14 Pro Series Launch in Europe

The Realme 14 Pro+ starts at €530 and features a quad-curved display, 50MP periscope camera with 3x optical zoom, and 80W fast charging for its massive 6,000mAh Si/C battery. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and comes with Gorilla Glass 7i protection on both the front and back.

The standard Realme 14 Pro is priced at €430 and runs on the Dimensity 7300 Energy chipset. It shares the same 6,000mAh battery capacity but supports only 45W fast charging.

Realme 14 Pro Series

Unlike its sibling, the vanilla model features a flat 120Hz OLED display without the periscope camera or ultra-wide sensor.

Both models are IP69-rated and MIL-STD-810H certified for durability, making them resistant to dust, water, and extreme temperatures.

AI Features

Realme is integrating AI-powered features into its smartphones, aiming to ship 100 million AI devices globally in the next three years. At MWC, the company showcased:

  • AI Voice Retoucher – Allows users to edit photos with voice commands like “change the sky to sunset.”
  • AI Video Eraser – Automatically removes unwanted objects from videos.

Interchangeable Lens Concept Phone

Realme stole the spotlight with its Interchangeable Lens Concept phone, a prototype device featuring a customized 1-inch Sony sensor and a proprietary lens mount system.

The concept phone supports removable lenses, including a 73mm portrait lens and a 234mm telephoto lens, offering image quality that surpasses traditional smartphone cameras.

Although the concept phone is not expected to go into mass production, it highlights Realme’s ambition to push the boundaries of smartphone photography.

Future Outlook

Realme’s participation at MWC 2025 marks a significant step in its mission to double its global user base and expand its presence in the AI smartphone market.

With its innovative camera technology and AI features, Realme aims to make a bigger impact on the global smartphone landscape in the coming years.
