Fans of Playboi Carti may finally get the new album they’ve been waiting for.

Recently, billboards promoting the rapper’s upcoming album “I Am Music” have appeared, hinting that the release may happen soon.

Playboi Carti Billboards Appear

On February 17, 2025, billboards with the words “Music Is Coming” started showing up in major cities. One was spotted in Los Angeles, with the message displayed on the side of a building.

A second billboard appeared near Bayfront Park in Miami, featuring the same phrase along with the Spotify logo.

Where Is Playboi Carti’s Music Album?

Carti first announced the album’s title, “Music,” in a 2022 interview with XXL.

Since then, he has shared a few details, like the fact that parts of the album were recorded in a cave and that it would feature Kanye West.

In late 2023 and early 2024, Carti released a few tracks, which sparked renewed excitement for the album. However, the full album still hasn’t been released.

In September 2024, Carti dropped the single “All Red,” but fans noticed that it sounded similar to a Future song.

In December, some fans even created a website to track Carti’s album updates and threatened to boycott him after the album didn’t drop as expected on December 27, 2024.

Possible Album Release Soon?

With these new billboards, fans are hopeful that Carti’s “I Am Music” album will finally be released.

The question remains: Will it be soon, or will the wait continue?
