Once Human, the free-to-play post-apocalyptic survival game from NetEase Games, will be making its way to mobile devices in April 2025.

Originally launched on PC in July 2024, the game has quickly gained popularity, currently ranking as the 36th most played game on Steam, with over 35,000 concurrent players.

    New Features and Gameplay
As part of the mobile launch, Once Human will introduce several exciting new features:

    • Custom Servers: Players will be able to adjust the difficulty and invite friends to explore new worlds.
    • Early Access Servers: Test out new scenarios before they go live.
    • New Scenarios: In Q3 2025, three new scenarios will be introduced:
      • Code: Purification: Prevent pollution to restore the world to its original state.
      • Code: Deviation: Capture and battle Deviants for rewards.
      • Code: Broken: A PvP free-for-all with randomised events.

    Cross-Platform Support
In addition to the mobile release, Once Human will eventually make its way to consoles, with full cross-platform support planned for the future.

    Pre-Registration and Rewards
Players who register their interest in the game ahead of the launch have a chance to win an iPhone, adding an extra incentive to sign up.

With its combination of survival mechanics, eldritch horror battles, and cross-platform features, Once Human is set to be one of the most anticipated games of 2025.
