Kendrick Lamar has officially released his sixth studio album, GNX, on November 22, 2024, through pgLang and Interscope Records.

This surprise drop comes nearly two and a half years after his previous album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, and marks a significant milestone as it is his first project outside of Top Dawg Entertainment.

    GNX Tracklist

GNX features a total of 12 tracks, showcasing Lamar’s signature lyrical prowess and innovative sound. The tracklist includes:

    1. wacced out murals
    2. squabble up
    3. luther (ft. SZA)
    4. man at the garden
    5. hey now (Ft. Dody6)
    6. reincarnated
    7. tv off
    8. dodger blue (Ft. Ink, Roddy Ricch & Sam Dew)
    9. peekaboo (Ft. AzChike)
    10. heart pt. 6
    11. gnx (Ft. Hitta J3, Peysoh & YoungThreat)
    12. gloria (ft. SZA)

The album runs for approximately 44 minutes and is anticipated to resonate deeply with fans, especially following the recent public feud with Drake, which has added an extra layer of excitement to this release.

    Background and Promotion

The lead-up to GNX has been filled with anticipation, starting from Lamar’s comments in August 2024 about new music being on the way. His announcement to headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show in February 2025 further heightened expectations for this album.

Prior to the album’s release, he teased fans with snippets and promotional content that hinted at the themes explored in the new tracks.

Lamar’s previous album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, received critical acclaim and commercial success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 and earning him a Grammy for Best Rap Album in 2023.

Following that release, he embarked on The Big Steppers Tour, which concluded earlier this year.As discussions around GNX unfold, fans are eager to analyze its themes and lyrical depth, particularly in light of Lamar’s evolving artistic narrative and his upcoming performance at one of music’s biggest events.
