BTS member Jungkook has been named the most streamed male K-pop soloist on Spotify in 2025, according to the platform’s year-end Wrapped data and fan-tracked streaming figures.

The milestone is notable as Jungkook did not release any new solo music during the year. His streams were driven by earlier releases, including his 2023 album Golden and songs such as “Seven” featuring Latto, “Standing Next to You,” and “3D”.

Spotify data shows Jungkook’s solo catalogue surpassed 1.1 billion streams earlier in 2025. By late November, his total solo streams crossed 10 billion, making him the first K-pop solo artist to reach that level.

Jungkook also ranked eighth among Spotify’s 20 most-streamed K-pop artists worldwide, a list that includes both groups and solo acts. Among all K-pop soloists, male and female combined, he placed third overall.

Based on global streaming data, the leading K-pop soloists this year were:

    1. Rosé (BLACKPINK)
    2. Jennie (BLACKPINK)
    3. Jungkook (BTS) – most streamed male soloist
    4. Jimin (BTS)
    5. Jin (BTS)
    6. J-Hope (BTS)
    7. Lisa (BLACKPINK)

Other notable solo acts included V (BTS), G-Dragon, and several rising artists.

Spotify said interest in individual K-pop artists continued to grow in 2025, reflecting a wider shift toward solo projects within the genre. Overall K-pop listening time on the platform exceeded 181 billion minutes worldwide.

As BTS prepares for a full group comeback in 2026, Jungkook’s streaming performance highlights his strong and lasting global appeal.
