BLACKPINK’s Jennie has confirmed that she will be releasing a solo album next year, describing it as a “life-reflecting” project.
The announcement was made in a “Happy Holidays” video posted by her agency, OA Entertainment.
Jennie shared that after 11 months of hard work, she is satisfied with the results and teased the album’s diverse sound.
“The upcoming album introduces completely new sounds and is like a buffet for everyone, exploring various genres,” she explained.
The album will reflect on a significant chapter of her life, and Jennie hopes her fans will feel a deeper connection to her through the songs.
She also spoke about the transformative year 2024, highlighting how the release of her single “Matra” helped her grow both personally and artistically.
