Korean female rapper and producer ARTLOVER (아트러버) has made her comeback with a new single titled ‘Planet Luv’ (플래닛 러브), released on June 28, 2024. The track, available now on all digital platforms, marks ARTLOVER’s return to the music scene as an artist and producer.

‘Planet Luv’ is described as an alternative hip-hop ballad, drawing inspiration from the retro sci-fi film ‘The Fifth Element’. ARTLOVER explains the concept behind the song, stating, “I thought love is like leaving a mark as we pass through each other, like a fleeting light passing by.”

The multi-talented artist, who had a successful career as a makeup artist for high-profile clients including Vogue and Elle before venturing into music, has been steadily building her discography since her debut. Her musical journey began with the single “Want U Back” and EP “Queen Of Retro” in 2018, followed by “Heart Of Stone” in 2020 and “Redmoon” in a subsequent year.

For ‘Planet Luv’, ARTLOVER took on multiple roles, handling the production, mixing, and mastering of the track herself. Eunji Lee (Leeji) illustrated the single’s cover art, while the music video was filmed by Hyunjun Ha (Rarelast).

Fans can now stream ‘Planet Luv’ on various platforms:

    • Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/5bmnoQe2K8CWD5scBNiHYW
    • Music Video: https://youtu.be/lqlmm-sUMlU?si=BhTJXAkZ59fpu1XW
    • itunes: https://music.apple.com/us/artist/artlover/1346187846

This release showcases ARTLOVER’s growth as an artist and producer, blending her unique style with sci-fi influences to create a distinctive sound in the Korean music landscape.
