Apple is introducing new AirPlay features in its upcoming macOS Sequoia 15.2 update. The changes give Mac users more control over what they share with their Apple TV.
New Features:
- Three sharing options:
- Single window or app
- Entire screen
- Extended display (Mac + monitor)
- Clear descriptions for each sharing option
- Enhanced privacy controls
Additionally, tvOS 18.2 will bring its own improvements:
- Support for 21:9 aspect ratio
- Automatic subtitles when muted
- Enhanced dialogue features
Both updates are expected to launch in December, alongside new Apple Intelligence features including ChatGPT integration with Siri and AI image generation tools.
