Samsung is now rolling out the Android 15-based One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series in more Asian countries, including Indonesia and China. The update was already live in India and is now reaching more users across the region.
Galaxy S24 owners in these countries can expect a major design refresh, smoother animations, and smarter Galaxy AI tools. The update enhances the overall experience, making interactions more fluid and personalized.
The update size is around 5GB, and users can install it by heading to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

This update brings:
- Redesigned app icons and lock screen customizations
- Audio Eraser to remove background noise in videos
- Drawing Assist for sketching with text input
- The Now Bar for real-time updates on the lock screen
- AI Select, a smart tool that lets users take quick actions like adding calendar events or editing images by selecting parts of the screen
Samsung is continuing its regional rollout, so more countries in Asia are expected to receive the update soon.
