Apple’s iOS 19 update is generating excitement not only because of its major redesign but also due to a new paid service that will likely be added to the Apple One subscription: Apple Health+.

The revamped Health app, expected to launch with iOS 19.4 in spring 2026, promises to transform how users track and improve their health.

Key Features of Apple Health+

According to Mark Gurman, the new service will center around an AI-powered “doctor” that will provide personalized health guidance. Here are some highlights of what’s expected:

  • AI Health Coach: The AI will offer tailored health recommendations based on data collected from Apple devices like the Apple Watch. This could include suggestions for improving habits or addressing specific health issues.
  • Food Logging: Tracking meals and nutrition will become a more integral part of the app, helping users monitor their diet and make healthier choices.
  • Educational Content: Apple plans to partner with experts in areas like sleep, nutrition, mental health, cardiology, and physical therapy to create educational videos. These will help users understand conditions, risks, and ways to improve their lifestyle based on their health data.
  • Personalized Videos: If the app detects certain health patterns, such as abnormal heart-rate trends, it could automatically suggest relevant videos explaining the risks and how to mitigate them.

The Future of Apple One

Apple Health+ would be an exciting addition to the Apple One subscription, which has remained unchanged since its launch in 2019.

The current Health app has been useful, but Apple Health+ could offer much more by leveraging user data to provide actionable health insights and real-time guidance.

If executed well, Apple Health+ could become one of Apple’s most impactful services, offering a comprehensive, AI-assisted health coaching experience directly from your device.

This could make the Apple One bundle even more attractive, as it adds value not only in entertainment and productivity but also in improving overall well-being.

Would Apple Health+ make you more likely to subscribe to Apple One? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
