Samsung has officially launched the Android 15-based One UI 7 update across the Middle East, bringing a fresh wave of features and design improvements to Galaxy devices.
Users in countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, and Israel can now check for the update on their devices.
The rollout has started with the Galaxy S24 series, along with Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6, all receiving the BYD9 build which also includes the April 2025 security patch.
One UI 7 is Samsung’s latest software upgrade, introducing a revamped user interface, smoother animations, and upgraded Galaxy AI features that promise a more seamless and intelligent smartphone experience.
The update file is over 5 GB, so users are advised to connect to a Wi-Fi network and keep their phone charged during the download and installation. If the update gets stuck, Samsung recommends pausing the download, restarting the device, and then resuming.
This marks a major step in Samsung’s Android 15 deployment and offers Middle East users early access to the latest in Galaxy innovation.
