Samsung is preparing to unveil the Galaxy S25 Ultra on January 22, 2025, with leaks pointing to a brighter display, improved memory, and subtle design changes.

Key Display and Storage Upgrades

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to feature a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits, a significant boost over its predecessor.

While the screen resolution remains at 3,120 x 1,440 pixels, the increased brightness will enhance outdoor visibility.

For storage, Samsung will retain the UFS 4.0 standard, ensuring fast performance. However, it’s unclear if the new model will offer faster read and write speeds compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Memory Bump and Design Changes

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly include a 16GB RAM option, up from the 12GB available in previous models.

Additionally, the device will sport rounded corners and a thinner chassis, giving it a more refined look.

What Stays the Same?

Despite these upgrades, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will stick with a 5,000mAh battery, unchanged from earlier models.

The phone also lacks support for Find My Device when powered off, though this may be adjustable through settings.

Looking Ahead

While the Galaxy S25 Ultra offers incremental improvements, some fans may find the upgrades underwhelming.

Many are already looking forward to a more substantial overhaul with the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Stay tuned for more details as Samsung’s flagship launch approaches.
