Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man to Have 10 Episodes on Disney+

The upcoming animated series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will debut on Disney+ on January 29, 2025, and tie the record for the longest single season of an MCU TV show on the platform.

The series, which takes place in an alternate reality of the MCU, will feature 10 episodes, matching the episode count of X-Men ’97, the previous record-holder.

This marks a significant achievement for Marvel Studios, as the series will surpass live-action MCU Disney+ shows, which typically feature shorter seasons.

WandaVision, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, and Agatha All Along all had nine episodes each, making Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man the longest live-action and animated MCU series to date.

The series will explore Peter Parker’s early adventures as Spider-Man in a fresh, comic book-inspired art style.

While the show is not set in the main MCU continuity, it will feature significant moments, including the introduction of Norman Osborn and his future transformation into the Green Goblin. Peter will also receive a new suit inspired by Future Foundations.

Fans of Spider-Man can expect a thrilling, action-packed ride with 10 episodes of web-slinging excitement when Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man hits Disney+ later this month.
