“Pissy Pamper” was produced by Pi’erre Bourne for Young Nudy’s collaborative mixtape with Pi’erre Bourne, Sli’merre, but was not included on the final tracklist due to sample clearance issues.
The song is built around samples of Japanese singer Mai Yamane’s 1980 song “Tasogare” and the 1976 song “Living Inside Your Love” by jazz guitarist Earl Klugh.
It is described as a “jazzy pop” song, with Young Nudy and Playboi Carti trading “stoned thoughts” in their verses. Playboi Carti uses his signature “baby voice” technique on his guest feature, with a high-pitched and frantic delivery.

- An unofficial upload of just Playboi Carti’s verse, titled “Kid Cudi”, topped the Spotify US Viral 50 chart in late May 2019 after Carti performed the song live at Coachella and Rolling Loud.
- The song gained significant popularity online through memes featuring NBA players, referencing Carti’s lyrics about Kid Cudi.
