Xiaomi has unveiled the Mijia Smart Steam Oven S1 30L, available for pre-order on JD.com at 1,599 Yuan ($220). The original price is 1,799 Yuan ($248), and the official launch is set for November 19, 2024.
The oven features a 30L capacity, ideal for families of 2 to 6 people. It supports four cooking modes: baking, steaming, air frying, and slow cooking. A 360° heat circulation system with an 1800W fan ensures even cooking, while the baking mode allows precise temperature control from 40°C to 230°C with 1°C adjustments.
The steaming function includes a 1600W system capable of releasing steam in 30 seconds. It offers three temperature levels: 60°C for low, 100°C for medium, and 120°C for high. The air frying mode reduces oil content by up to 8.1%, and the slow cooking mode preserves nutrients in broths and soups.
Users can access 80 recipes via the Mijia app and set multi-stage cooking cycles. Xiao Ai voice control adds convenience for hands-free operation.
The oven includes five cleaning modes, such as high-temperature steam disinfection and a one-touch drying function. Safety features include a triple-layer tempered glass door and a rear exhaust vent. A TFT display panel provides an easy interface.
The Mijia Smart Steam Oven S1 is part of Xiaomi’s expanding home appliance range, alongside products like the Mijia Electric Steamer N1 and Mijia Fresh Air Pro air conditioner.
