Xiaomi is set to launch the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in China tomorrow, along with the SU7 Ultra EV. A global launch is scheduled for March 2.
To build excitement, Xiaomi has shared an official teardown video of the smartphone, showing its internal design and features.
The teardown video, though in Chinese, gives a clear look at the phone’s components, especially its powerful camera system.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will feature a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera using Samsung’s ISOCELL HP9 sensor, first introduced in last year’s vivo X100 Ultra.
This camera will also have a 24-layer ultra-low reflection glass, reducing reflectivity to just 1.5% while improving scratch resistance.
The phone’s main camera will continue using a 1-inch type sensor, just like its predecessors. Other details, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, have not been officially confirmed but are widely expected based on leaks.
With this teardown video, Xiaomi has given fans a closer look at the Xiaomi 15 Ultra before its official unveiling.
More details will be revealed at the launch event, confirming its final specifications and features.
