Walmart has quietly listed a new streaming device powered by Google TV.
Called the Onn 4K Plus, this small device could be the perfect Chromecast replacement — and it’s priced at just $29.88.
The listing was briefly live on Walmart’s website before it was taken down again. The device offers 16GB of storage, which solves a major problem users had with the older Chromecast.
It also includes a quad-core processor, Wi-Fi 6 support, 2GB of RAM, and works with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.
The included remote has a special “Free TV” button, just like Walmart’s previous streaming device, the Onn 4K Pro.
It also features the Google Home Panel, which recently became more widely available.
While Walmart has not confirmed a release date, the return of the listing suggests the launch is getting close. In some cases, stores may already have the device in stock before the official announcement.
