Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has officially made its way to mobile devices, available now for both iOS and Android.
Originally released for consoles and PCs in 2024, the mobile version brings all the main features from the console version along with new additions designed to enhance the gaming experience on smartphones.
The game features a side-scrolling adventure where players control Sargon, a hero equipped with dual blades and time-based powers.
The protagonist battles undead soldiers and monsters while solving puzzles and avoiding environmental traps—signature elements of the Prince of Persia series. The goal is to rescue a kidnapped prince, adding a familiar yet exciting narrative to the mix.
While the mobile version offers touch controls for gameplay, it also supports external controllers, ensuring a more immersive experience for players who prefer a traditional controller setup. For the best experience, controllers like the Backbone One, 8BitDo Ultimate Mobile Controller, or GameSir G8 Galileo are recommended.
The game is free to download with in-app purchases. New mobile-exclusive features include an Auto-Potion mode that automatically uses health potions when needed, Auto-Parry for deflecting attacks, and Auto-Hit that triggers strikes when close to enemies. These features are designed to make the game more accessible, especially for mobile players.
With 60 FPS support and a relatively small download size—2GB for Android and 3GB for iOS—the game is optimized for smooth performance on mobile devices.
